Our Rental Options
Full building rental
Includes it all. The theater, lobby, classrooms, garden & lawn, kitchen, tables, chairs, etc.
$300 for one day, $100 for each day after
Lobby & Bar Area
Space for approximately 35 people. Perfect for an intimate gathering with a bartender provided.
$75 per day
Glemstedt Garden & Plaza
Have an outdoor event on our beautiful lawn with plentiful shade and an amazing backdrop. Comes with limited tables and chairs, bathrooms will be open.
$150 per day, $50 for each day after
Classrooms
Rent our two classroom spaces for your next meeting or small gathering. Capacity is 40 people per room. Comes with tables and chairs.
$75 per day
Additional Services
Sound and Lights
Our professional sound and lights board members will be on hand for your event.

Cleaning Fee
Don’t feel like cleaning up after your busy event? Hire our professional cleaning service!
Pricing ranges from $50-$300
Cleaning and Damage Deposit
This refundable deposit will cover any accidentals and ensure the building is returned in great shape.
